With many absences in Lazio's midfield, the Uruguayan has been a starter in Lazio's recent games, here is what he had to say following the win over Chievo.

"Today's three points bring us closer to the top, it was an important result because our competitors drew or lost." said El Tata to Lazio Style Radio.

El Tata admitted that he was tired: "I was tired at the end of the game, and had some discomfort in my calf, I was close to calling for a substitution but I wanted to finish the game. I now want to rest and train and be ready for our next game which will be difficult."
