19/02/2012: Zamparini hoping supersitions break Lazio, while Mutti is wary...

"On Sunday I want Palermo to take all three points," said Zamparini.

"Many say Lazio is missing many players but this talk does not comfort me as those replacing the missing will be charged up to win, and Reja is a good coach that can motivate." continued the patron.

Asked about his relationship with Lotito, Zamparini said: "We have mutual respect and we feel sympathatic to each other but we differ on how things should be run in the football world."

Zamparini maintains a supersition that he believes helps his Palermo at the Barbera. The president misses all home games and drives around in a taxi in the city while the game is going on and until the final whistle. This sunday it will be no different !

On the other hand, Rosaneri coach Bortolo Mutti does not underestimate Lazio despite the absences: "We are expecting a team that is now 3rd in the standings and are aiming to stay there. Lazio have character and are being well prepared and managed by Reja. Their coacch is able to turn games around and can change tactics and human approach to games. Based on that we know how much we need to give tomorrow."

Mutti continued: "We will read the game the right way, and the players know how important every game is regardless of who the opponent is just like we did this season. Our goal is to reach 40 points as fast as possible. Miccoli will be there but Hernandez could miss the game."
