  25/02/2012: Primavera: Lazio - Lecce 7-0 (4-0)

After a three week break because of the Viareggio Tournament it was time for the Lazio youngsters to return to the league. After a disappointing draw against Crotone 3 weeks ago it was Lecce to came to Formello to try and take points away from first placed Lazio.

Lazio (4-3-3): Berardi; Ilari, Marin, Serpieri, Vilkaitis; Cilfone, Barreto (70' Monteforte), Onazi (55' Fagioli); Rozzi (65' Denè), Cataldi, Vivacqua

Unused subs: Scarfagna, Salustri, Tira, Emmanuel

Goals: 16' & 27' Rozzi, 25' Vivaqua, 42' Onazi, 46' Vilkaitis, 63' Barreto, 77' Monteforte

Coach Alberto Bollini started with a strong lineup. The biggest news that midfielder Onazi was back in the starting lineup after a long time out. Young striker Rozzi was also handed a start now that the first team have more strikers available. Zampa however is expected to be in the squad against Fiorentina.

It took a while for Lazio to create the first chance of the match, but when they did striker Rozzi did not disappoint. He gave Lazio the lead after 16 minutes.

After that it was all about Lazio. Vivaqua, Onazi and Rozzi again scored for Lazio and the score was 4-0 at half time.

In the second half Vilkaitis scored after only 1 minute on a header.

Barreto also got a goal, before Monteforte made the final score 7-0.

Another important victory for the Primavera side.

They are still tied with Roma on the top of the table, but Roma have a game in hand.

Next Saturday the Primavera travel to Reggina.
