07/05/2012: Di Canio critical of Lazio's success

Di Canio has given yet another critical assessment of the Lazio regime.
The ex-Lazio player has pintpointed the lack of a long-term project at the club, explaining that the battle with Udinese and the team's lack of ability without Klose in the team is indicative of obvious weaknesses. He was particularly critical of Edy Reja's tactics - which he explains as hitting the ball 40 metres up the field to the only two players who are attacking. Di Canio was keen to emphasise that his tactical ideas are superior and stated that Lazio would always achieve average results with their current style of play:
"In Swindon, when we are winning 2-0, I attack with five men because that's the football of the future."
Di Canio also criticised Luis Enrique and Roma, stating that hitting a ball 30 metres across the field rather than up the field was far from a recipe for success.
