Lazio's star striker, German international, Miroslav Klose has shot down any chance of a move to Barcelona. It was released in the media last week that the Catalan's were keen to add a direct striker to their team for next season, a player they have lacked since selling Eto'o, and it was Klose who was believed to be the target.

Speaking to il Corriere dello Sport, Miro Klose claims he is not interested in any such move; "I appreciate Barcelona's interest, but I want to stay in Italy".

Klose was Lazio's top scorer last season.
