  04/07/2012: Breno found guilty
email print
Brazilain defender Breno has been sentenced to jail earlier today by a German court.

The Bayern Munich defender was destined for a move to Lazio should he be declared innocent today but the German court concluded that Breno was indeed guilty of setting his own house on fire in a bizarre incident stemming from a bout of depression.

Breno apologised for his behaviour but that was not enough to prevent him receiving a lengthy 45-month prison sentence. His move to Lazio is off and the Biancocelesti have no option but to look elsewhere.
