  05/08/2012: Tare attacks Mancini over Marin

Igli Tare has been quick to condemn the actions of ex-Lazio player and coach Roberto Mancini after Lazio's 17 year-old winger, Vlad Marin signed for Manchester City.

The player had been absent from training for two days and could not be contacted by the club. Gazzetta dello Sport reported yesterday that he had signed for Manchester City and the player confirmed the news on Twitter, thanking the public for their support and stating his happiness to be on the books of the Premier League champions.

Igli Tare is not so happy for him, however and has pointed the finger at Roberto Mancini:

"If he [Vlad Marin] has signed for Manchester City then Mancini has acted incorrectly. He could have gave us a call but chose not to do so."

Tare went on to say that the rules should be changed:

"The law should be changed - otherwise there will be more cases like this."

It is not the first time Lazio have been the victims of this legislation - both Federico Macheda and Marco Davide Faraoni left the club prior to their 18th birthday.
