12/09/2012: Lulic in doubt, Radu still out
email print
Reasons for alarm in the Lazio camp as they could be without Radu and Lulic for the trip to Chievo. Lulic has a sligh ankle injury that he aggrivated while on International Duty. Lazio doctor Stefano Salvatori told Lazio Style Radio:

"I spoke to him on the phone, and he told me that after the intial shock, he realised that the pain wasn't so bad. I'll be back in the evening and with the rest of the medical team we will evaluate the extent of the injury and determine the work to be done in the coming days."

However Radu will not be risked as he continues his recovery from injury while Dias looks ok for the trip to Verona. "Unfortunately we must be cautious with Stefan. Hopefully he will join the group next week. Dias is closely monitored to avoid problem ocurred in the past as we know the situation of his knees very well. He has been training all week and felt a little 'annoyance' but there was nothing new to what we already knew, so he can take the field even in friendly today."
