04/03/2013: Klose back for the Derby
email print
Lazio received a well needed boost with the news that striker Miro Klose is likely to be back for the Derby against Roma and could actually play as early as the match against Catania.

The German has been injured since the defeat against Genoa but is currently undergoing intense rehabilitation as he looks to get back to full fitness. It is expected that a full analysis will be conducted on 18th March but it will probably be too early to rush him back for the match against Torino.

Meanwhile Mauri is recovering well and is back at light training, completing his sessions in the gym. There is a 60% chance of an appearance against Stuttgart according to team doctor Stefano Salvatori.

Worse news for Konko though as he will need 2 weeks of rest before an MRI scan which will determine the best course of rehabilitation.
