Normal service resumes today at Lazio as the squad gathers at Formello to prepare for pre-season training at Auronzo di Cadore. Joining up with the boys is new recruit Felipe Anderson who arrived in Rome at 7am on a flight from Sao Paulo along with his new teammate Andre Dias. Felipe Anderson announced his departure yesterday, posting a 'selfie' on Instagram, which is eerily reminiscent of Mauro Zarate. Felipe Anderson will become official later this afternoon providing he passes a medical.

Corriere dello Sport report on Lazio's plans. The players will train today before undergoing medicals in the afternoon. 28 players are set to travel to Auronzi di Cadore, including new signings Lucas Biglia, Brayan Perea, Diego Novaretti and Felipe Anderson as well as several youth products, Luca Crecco, Danilo Cataldi, Mamadou Tounkara, Keita Balde Diao and Thomas Strakosha. The original squad will be minus Hernanes, Marchetti, Candreva and Gonzalez who are on an extended break following their participation in the Confederations Cup.

The itinerary is as follows. The 2013/14 jerseys will be officially presented tomorrow evening at 21.30 CET. The players will begin training at Auronzo di Cadore on Thursday evening and will remain there until the 25th July, playing two friendlies on site. On 27th July, the team will depart for a quick tour in China and the Confederations Cup crew will join up with the squad for 2 friendlies in the far east. The players will then return for a ritiro in Fiuggi.
