  11/10/2013: Cesar: "Anderson? Enormous potential"
email print
Former Lazio midfielder Cesar, who has just begun coaching Frosinone Allievi spoke to Radiosei about Lazio and their what their future may hold:

"Lazio are going through a difficult moment, the truth is they are not doing as well as they could for one reason or not. I think they might still be a little too content from winning the Coppa Italia, I hope it is only this. The players have to change their attitude and react as it will take a change in gear to improve."

Cesar was asked about Lazio's new young Brazilians and had encouraging words about Felipe Anderson:

"Anderson has huge potential. With the technique he has he can raise the technical level of the whole team. Vinicius? He is young and in love with the ball. It's a good thing but in Italy it's not enough. To break through he must have patience, work hard daily and never give up. You have to get used to the tactics which are typical of the Italian league."

When asked of Lazio's objective, Cesar replied:

"It's a difficult season but if Lazio change attitude they can do very well. We hope they get to the Champions League as such a team cannot aspire only to the Europa League."
