27/10/2014: De Vrij: "I feel more confident game after game"
email print

Stefan De Vrij gave an interview to the reporters just after the 2-1 victory against Torino.

“It was not easy for us to win this game. In the first half we played very good but we managed to score only one goal. At the start of the second half we conceded a goal but we reacted quickly and were in the lead again. I am very happy. I know that I can improve more but I feel more confident game after game.”

Wins against Palermo, Sassuolo, Fiorentina and now Torino. Four in a row.

“Yeah, we have four wins. We have to continue like this. Our matches are getting better and better and now we won four straight games and that is very good for the team. Thursday we play against Verona and our focus has to be on that game. We have to continue like this and try to make our winning streak even longer.”

Can you reach a Champions League spot?

“I think it’s still too soon to speak about that because we have played only 8 games. There are 30 more games left. We have to focus on our next game and not too far.
