01/05/2011: Brocchi: "The game against Juve is important, but not decisive"
email print
Cristian Brocchi spoke to Corriere Dello Sport ahead of the game against Juve.

Asked about his feelings ahead of an anticipated full Olimpico, Brocchi said:
"Having a full stadium will give us an extra push to achieve the win. Attracting the fans to the stadium means that we are doing something right. Everyone seems to believe we can do it."

Brocchi then spoke about the importance of the win: "Yes the game against Juve is important but it is not the decider of our season. Don't forget that we still have a game against Udinese, and that would be the decisive game. Winning against Juve helps us cement our 4th place and this is why we are looking for the win. Everyone must remember that we are having an extraordinary season."

Questioned about Lazio having more motivation to win the game, Brocchi said:

"Let us not underestimate Juve. Yes they are now hurt, but they will have a great desire to show their worth. I know some of their players, and I know that they give 100% everytime they wear the shirt."
