05/05/2011: Toloi 'agreement' reached?

 Brazilian defender Rafael Toloi has re-emerged as a transfer target for Lazio. The 20 year old was close to signing last summer but Lazio used their non-EU slot with the signing of Hernanes. Now the club can sign another non-EU player this summer and Toloi is on the list.
Apparently, according to agent Juan Figuera and agreement is already is place: "The biancoceleste and Goias have already agreed on Toloi.
Roma are also believed to be interested.
