Speaking to Radio Mana Mana, Galatasaray General Director, Cenk Ergun, confirmed that the Turkish club are in negotiations with Lazio over the transfer of the Albanian midfielder, Lorik Cana.

"Yes there has been an official contact with Lazio over the future of Lorik Cana. We have now elected a new president, so we will be clearing things by next week, maybe on Monday or Tuesday when we will meet with the player and present him with the offer from Lazio."

Ergun continued to confirm that negotiations are already underway: "We already started the negotiations with Lazio earlier, and in the next few days, things will become clearer."
