03/07/2011: Cana: "I am very happy"
email print

As anticipated, Lorik Cana will be a Lazio player within the next few days.

The transfer deal between Lazio and Galatasaray finished at last in a successful way, as for weeks the Muslera saga left Lazio and Galatasaray in all agony.

Lorik has granted his happiness to the Albanian media, saying: "I am very happy indeed.
The negotiations finished successful, and I'm happy to join Lazio. "

Cana knew that Lazio was chasing him, and at Galatasaray they knew that his mind was elsewhere, after an average season with Istanbul's giants.

This Wednesday, Lorik Cana will undergo his medical tests at the Paideia clinic, and join the rest of the team on July 7th, to the Auronzo training camp.

The Muslera - Cana exchange may caught Cana up in his timing, but he told that there will be plenty of time to talk at Auronzo about this, and he's eager to meet his new teammates and coach Reja.
