email print
The club has confirmed the squad for the upcoming Europa League group stages and the biggest surprise is the exclusion of a Lithuanian defender Marius Stankevičius. The player had some injury problems recently and didn't play in games against Rabotnicki last month, but his exclusion still comes as a surprise. The list also includes Primavera players Alessandro Berardi, Tommaso Ceccarelli, Enrico Zampa and Luca Crescenzi, who are clasified as home-grown players.

Here's the full Europa League squad:

GOALKEEPERS: Albano Bizzarri, Alessandro Berardi, Federico Marchetti.

DEFENDERS: Andre Goncalves Dias, Senad Lulic, Giuseppe Biava, Modibo Diakitè, Stefan Daniel Radu, Abdoulay Konko, Luca Andrea Crescenzi, Luciano Zauri.

MIDFIELDERS: Stefano Mauri, Hernanes , Francelino Matuzalem, Alvaro Gonzalez, Cristian Ledesma, Lorik Cana, Cristian Brocchi, Enrico Zampa

STRIKERS: Giuseppe Sculli, Tommaso Rocchi, Libor Kozak, Miroslav Klose, Tommaso Ceccarelli, Djibril Cisse.

The Europa League campaign starts on September 15th, with a game at home against Vaslui.
