 After the draw with Palermo the coach feels satisfied. Not so much of the result, as of the new-found environment. “I have to thank everyone for their participation and above all for their help and what they have given to the team. I saw the banner and I was very pleased (Team, coach and fans … United we win!). As we spoke with the fans in Fiuggi – support us for ninety minutes and if the display is not good we can handle the whistles” – said Reja for corrieredellosport.it.
To repay the support Reja promises the fans a win in the next game at Olimpico – the Derby against Roma. “I’m sorry we didn’t win against Palermo, after the three points at Cesena it would be the crowning of a frustrating week. We look ahead, we look at a victory at our next home game and you all know what it is…” – added the coach.
Despite the draw Reja is pleased with the team performance against Palermo. “There was a great test for the defense, Marchetti is slowly regaining his game, for a new player it is never easy to gain the trust of the fans and beginning there is always a bit of concern. Lulic and Konko moved good, saw some good recoveries by Hernanes” - said Reja.
