06/10/2011: Klose and Cisse; Two happy strikers

Klose told Bild, "Myself, my wife and my children all feel at home in Rome. This is a fundamental condition to do well. Both Reja and Loew are playing me at club and international level, the freedom I have been granted and the confidence from the coach is very important. I would like to remain for a long time".

Good news for Lazio fans who may feel they have found the classic 'bomber' to act as heir to the likes of Chinaglia, Signori and Vieri.

Meanwhile Djibril Cisse has expressed his delight at receiving a call up for France, as he said during a press conference, "I was at home when I got the call, after I hung up the phone I had a mixture of satisfaction and disbelief, I thought it was a joke. I did not believe it until I found myself on the plane. Many of my compatriots are young, but I have some experience in the national team. I have had more highs and lows with this shirt and I am very attached to it. I am convinced I can give so much to my country and I don't want to give up right now".

Cisse spoke about the move that brought him back to the limelight and put him in contention for a call-up, "Most people think that playing well and scoring goals is easy in Greece, this is not so. It is certainly not the most difficult league there is. I've been patient and worked in silence. Being in Italy made me visible and opened the door to the national team. The secret now is to do the best we can with Lazio".
