The morning after Lazio's victory against Zurich in the Europa League, the head of communications at the club Stefano De Martino spoke live on Radioerre2 about the victory:

"So far in the competition Lazio has not had alot of luck, for example against Sporting in Lisboa when Konko hit the crossbar. Also against Vaslui at home Lazio was denied the victory in the last minutes. Last night against Zurich, we tried to play football in the first half while they did not. It was much of the same in the second half, but thanks to some fresh players on the field we managed to get the victory."

De Martino underlined that he is not worried about Djibril Cisse's lack of goals: "Cissé is a striker of international level, and it is true he is suffering because of the lack of goals. He just needs to find his rhythm and he will score a bunch of goals, like he have in previous seasons."

Yesterday, the italian midfielder Cristian Brocchi also got his first goal in Europe for the club: "Cristian has been at the club for three years now, and is doing very well. With his fighting spirit he has won alot of peoples hearts.

On sunday, when Lazio take on Parma the players will wear a special shirt honouring Gabrielle Sandri: "As a part on S.S. Lazio I can say that we have always try to honor the Sandri family and tried to give support. We decided to make this initiative and we are very happy that we were able to do so."
