The former Lazio player Diego Fuser spoke to TuttoMercatoWeb about Lazio's transfers and life at the top of the table:

What do you think of Lazios season so far?
"So far Lazio has made a good impression because this summer they brought in strong players to help the team. To see Lazio at the top of the table honestly do not surprise me."

Last season Lazio had some problems finding the net, is Miroslav Klose the answer?
"I would say yes. Klose has always shown for Germany that he always has the ability to score and is a complete player. Beside him there is also Cissé. With those two Lazio has made two good transfers."

Compared to other teams, how far can Lazio go?
"I honestly do not know, but there is little doubt it is one of the most successfull teams. I hope they can do well in the end, but it is still early so it is hard to say anything certain now. Juventus, Milan and Napoli are more or less the same level so they can fight until the end with Lazio and Udinese."

Now that your life as a footballer is over, what are your future plans?
"I have done what I wanted to do. I do not thing of a future as a coach."
